About this policy

PreRock 360 photographs construction sites in 360° before they close, maps every shot onto the floor plan, and sends the builder one link. This policy explains what we collect at prerock360.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

In this policy, "we," "us," and "PreRock 360" mean PreRock 360, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Irving, Texas. We serve builders across Dallas–Fort Worth.

It covers prerock360.com, our quote and intake forms, the tours we host and deliver, and our customer accounts. It does not cover anyone else's website, including sites we link to and sites that embed a tour we produced.

Information we collect

Almost everything we hold comes from a builder filling out a form or booking a job. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

What we collect Where it comes from Why we have it
Name, company, email, phone Quote request, intake form, calls and texts To quote the job, schedule it, and reach you about it
Job site address and property details Intake form, including Google Maps address autofill To find the site and price the capture
Square footage, stage of construction, capture dates Quote and intake forms To produce the estimate and schedule the shoot
Site access instructions, including lock codes Intake form To get on site on the day of the capture
Floor plans you upload or link Intake form (optional) To map each 360 shot onto the plan
Tour link passcodes you choose Intake form and your project To protect the link and give the passcode to the people you authorize
Notes you type into a form or send us Forms, email, text To answer the question you asked
Account email and password Customer account setup To let you sign in and see your projects
Email addresses of people you invite Project and team invitations To send them their link and give them access
Billing and payment details Invoicing and payment To bill the job and keep records
Photos and video of the site Our camera equipment on site To build and host the tour we deliver
When a tour was opened, by which account or link, with IP address and browser Automatically, when someone opens a tour To secure access and show how a tour is being used
IP address, browser, pages viewed Automatically, when you use the site To keep the site working and see what people read

Site access information

Lock codes and access instructions are treated as confidential job information, not as marketing data. We use them for one purpose: getting on site to capture the job you booked.

  • Access details are visible only to the people who need them: the person capturing the site and the staff scheduling the work.
  • We never sell, share, or publish a lock code, gate code, or access instruction.
  • Access details are not shown in the tour, in the shareable link, or on any invoice.
  • Tell us to delete a code at any time and we will remove it from the project record.

If a code changes, call or text us and we will replace the old one.

Your tours and shared links

A tour link is built to be passed around. Anyone who has the link can open the tour, along with its passcode if the link has one. There is no account to create and no login to hand out. Share it the way you would share any link you do not want posted publicly.

What that means in practice:

  • Treat the link as the key. If you forward it to a trade, a homeowner, or an attorney, they can forward it again.
  • Ask us to retire or replace a link and we will. Old links stop working once we do.
  • Do not put a tour link on a public web page unless you intend the public to see it.

The photos, video, and tours we capture are job documentation for the builder who ordered them. We will not publish your project, your address, or any image from your site in marketing, on our website, or in a case study without your written permission.

How we use information

We use what we collect to run the service you hired us for:

  • Quote jobs and produce estimates
  • Schedule captures and get on site
  • Build, host, and deliver your tours
  • Give you access to your projects through your account
  • Invoice you and keep tax and business records
  • Answer your questions by phone, text, or email
  • Keep the site and the tours secure and working
  • Understand which pages and features get used, so we can improve them
  • Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not use your project media to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not license it to anyone.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share it in four situations:

  1. Vendors who run parts of the service. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
    Vendor What it does
Laravel VPS Hosts the website and application
Cloudflare Delivers and stores tour images, controls access to them, and screens forms for bots
Google Maps Platform Powers address autofill on the intake form
Postmark Sends transactional and account email
Bunny Fonts Delivers the fonts the site displays
    Google Analytics Measures site traffic
  2. People you share with. Anyone you hand a tour link to, and anyone you add to your account.
  3. Legal and safety. When the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims, including when you ask us to produce documentation for a dispute.
  4. A sale of the business. If PreRock 360 is sold or merged, customer records would transfer with it. We would tell you first.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for two things: keeping you signed in, and counting visits.

  • Necessary cookies keep your session active, remember form progress, and protect against abuse. The site does not work without them.
  • Analytics cookies tell us which pages people read and where they leave. We use Google Analytics for this.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on prerock360.com.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking necessary cookies will break sign-in. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for them.

Calls and email

When you submit a form on prerock360.com, you agree to receive communications from PreRock 360 about your quote, your project, and your account. These are the messages we have to send to do the work.

If you give us a phone number, we may call you about scheduling and site access.

How long we keep things

We keep project media for the long term on purpose. The value of a pre-drywall capture is that it is still there years later, when someone needs to know what is behind the wall.

Information How long we keep it
Tours, photos, and video For as long as you are a customer and 60 days after, unless you ask us to delete them
Project records and floor plans Same as the tour they belong to
Site access codes Through the project; removed on request
Quote requests that never became jobs 24 months
Invoices and payment records At least 7 years, as tax and business records require
Account details Until you close the account
Analytics data 24 months

Deletion is permanent. If you ask us to delete a tour, we will not bring it back for a later dispute. Copies may remain in our backups until those backups expire.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of lock codes and link passcodes, access controls that limit staff to what they need, and hosting with established providers.

No system is perfectly secure. Keep your account password to yourself, use a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into your account or your tour links.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct something that is wrong
  • Delete your information, your tours, or your account
  • Send you a copy of your project records

Email [email protected] and we will handle it. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to appeal if we turn a request down. To appeal, reply to our decision and we will respond within 60 days; if we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. We extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever they live.

Children

PreRock 360 is a service for construction professionals. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the service changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
