Terms of service

Effective November 4, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and PreRock 360, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Irving, Texas, covering your use of prerock360.com and the 360° tours we host.

You accept them by using the site: running an estimate, submitting a quote request, filling out a project intake form, signing in to an account, or opening a tour we delivered. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

If you use the site for a company, you are agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you are allowed to.

What this website is for

The website is where you price a job, ask for a quote, give us the details of a project, and open the tours we have delivered. The capture work itself happens on site, and the business terms of a job are agreed between you and us directly.

The site does not take payment, does not book a capture date, and does not create a contract for work. Nothing on it, including an estimate, a page of copy, or a confirmation screen, commits either of us to a job.

Estimates and quote requests

An estimate from the website is an estimate, not an offer and not a price we are bound to. It is generated from the details you type in, so it is only as good as those details.

  • An estimate may change once we see the actual site, square footage, stage of construction, or access conditions.
  • Submitting a quote request does not reserve a date or obligate us to take the job.
  • A job is agreed only when we confirm it with you directly, and the price and terms we confirm are the ones that apply.
  • We may decline or stop work on any project, for any lawful reason.

What you submit to us

You are responsible for what you put into our forms, and we act on it as given.

  • Keep it accurate and current: addresses, square footage, contact details, and anything else we ask for.
  • Floor plans and files you upload or link must be yours to share with us. By submitting one you let us use it to deliver the service.
  • Do not submit anyone else's confidential information, and do not submit information you are not allowed to share.

How we handle what you submit is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Accounts

If we give you an account, you are responsible for what happens under it.

  • Keep your password to yourself and do not share one login across people who should have their own.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten in.
  • Give us accurate account details and keep them current.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is being misused, or that sits unused for a long stretch.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing it does not by itself delete your tours; see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep things.

Tours and shared links

A tour link is built to be passed around: anyone who has it can open the tour, along with its passcode if the link has one, with no account and no login. Share it the way you would share any link you do not want posted publicly.

  • You decide who gets the link. Anyone you send it to can send it on.
  • Ask us to retire or replace a link and we will; the old one stops working.
  • We may take a tour down temporarily for maintenance, or permanently if it violates these terms or the law.

How long we host your tours, and what happens to them afterward, is set out in your service agreement with us.

Our site and your content

The website, its copy, its design, the tour platform, and the PreRock 360 name and logo belong to us. Use of the site does not transfer any of it.

Floor plans, notes, and project details you submit stay yours. You give us permission to use them to produce, host, and deliver your tours, and to run our business.

Rights in the photos, video, and tours we capture are covered by your service agreement with us, not by these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Use the site or a tour for anything unlawful, or to harass or stalk anyone
  • Try to reach a tour, an account, or a system you were not given access to
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or our tours
  • Probe, overload, or interfere with the site's security or performance
  • Copy our platform, strip our branding, or resell access to it as your own
  • Submit false project information, or impersonate another company

We may suspend access for any of these.

What our service is not

PreRock 360 produces a photographic record of a job site at a point in time. That is the whole of it.

A capture is not:

  • A home or building inspection
  • An engineering, structural, or architectural review
  • A code compliance review or any form of permitting or certification
  • A survey, an appraisal, or a measurement of record
  • Insurance, a warranty, or a guarantee against loss

We photograph what is visible and accessible on the day we are on site. We do not represent that a capture shows every wall, cavity, fixture, run, or defect, or that anything shown is correct, complete, code-compliant, or built as designed. Decisions about the building are yours and your licensed professionals'.

The website, the estimator, and the tours are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or a tour will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the site, a tour, or a capture is limited to the amount you paid us for the job that claim concerns. If no job was booked, it is limited to $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, construction delays, rework costs, or lost data, even if we were told such damages were possible.

In particular, we are not liable for a loss that turns on what a capture did or did not show, or for a tour being unavailable at the moment you needed it.

Some states do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply as far as the law permits.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PreRock 360, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or cost, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of:

  • Your use of the site or a tour, or your sharing of a tour link
  • Information or files you submitted that were inaccurate or that you had no right to share
  • Your breach of these terms or of the law

We will tell you about any such claim and let you control the defense, as long as you handle it diligently and do not settle in a way that admits fault on our part without our agreement.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and both of us consent to that venue.

Before filing anything, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to work it out. Most problems get solved with a phone call.

Other terms

Changes. We update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it; if a change is material, we will email account holders first.

Direct job agreements win. If we sign a separate written agreement with you for a project, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Severability. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor if the business is sold.
